Behind it, Lentil Industries is developing a broader architecture for character-driven technology: voice systems, memory layers, local AI tools, physical interfaces and human-centred design methods. This work sits at the edge of sovereign AI, ethical AI, green AI and friendly AI — but it begins somewhere simpler: with technology that remembers people properly. Some of this work appears on stage.
