A dead cat rebooted as a life coach.

CatGPT

The world's strangest AI comedy experiment.

L3NT1L was once a real cat. Now he is a talking robot cat powered by AI, robotics, a meow synthesiser and a worrying amount of human emotion. CatGPT is a live comedy, science and storytelling show about grief, technology, neurodivergence, creativity and what happens when one man tries to resurrect a dead cat and accidentally builds a new kind of AI companion. Bring big questions. Leave with more.

Meet L3NT1L

L3NT1L’s cat skull and robotic machinery mounted in a red briefcase.

L3NT1L is Robin’s much-loved cat, rebuilt as a robotic feline life coach in a briefcase. He behaves like a cat: independent, contrary and affectionate on his own terms. CatGPT is an audience-led show where he takes live questions, offers questionable wisdom and makes every performance different.

He responds to objects and tells stories through his built-in projector, with an LED mood display, smoke machine, minibar and fully modular meow synthesiser. Lovingly assembled from robotics, sound, visuals and AI, L3NT1L brings Robin’s story of love, loss and invention to life.

Why CatGPT Matters

CatGPT makes complex technology approachable through a show that is educational, fun and inspiring. Thousands of audience interactions have helped us explore how people respond to AI with personality, humour and a physical presence.

It opens conversations about grief, loneliness, neurodiversity and our relationship with technology. At its heart, CatGPT celebrates human creativity, with AI as one part of something much bigger.

“This show is one of the best things of any kind that I’ve ever seen. You’ll never even know you’re alive until you understand reality can easily accommodate something like this.”

— Martin Rowson, cartoonist and writer
